All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to your postcode and delivery location.

Where We Ship

Delivery Area: We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Looking Ahead: We’re exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping zones in the future.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM AEST (GMT+10:00, Brisbane time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Non-Processing Days: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated Arrival: Your order should arrive within 5–11 business days after processing, depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Trusted Couriers: We ship using reliable carriers such as Australia Post.

  • Tracking Info: Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost in transit, contact us right away and we’ll assist promptly.
